eFoli is looking for graduates for Technical Support engineer interns to assist clients with technical problems when using our software. The responsibilities include resolving client queries, recommending/providing solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities. 

Please be informed that this position isn’t a programming-related job. Applicants with CS/CSE backgrounds are discouraged to apply if they are looking for a job in programming.
 

  • Bring your positive energy, you don’t need to have experience
  • We want creative, analytical minds,  capable of abstract thinking who also like to solve puzzles. No matter how we find them, from a graduate with Technical background or non-technical background.
  • Need excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Quickly evaluate information and make quick decisions based on multiple factors
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced work environment of SaaS
  • Willing to learn new tech tools

 

 

Optional, but good to have:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, and CSS3
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to clients’ queries, identify clients’ needs, and provide technical support.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  • creating technical documentation
  • Record help videos as per client requirements
  • Communicate with clients through different mediums.
