eFoli is looking for graduates for Technical Support engineers to assist clients with technical problems when using our software. The responsibilities include resolving client queries, recommending/providing solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities.
**Please be informed that this position isn’t a programming-related job. Applicants with CS/CSE backgrounds are discouraged to apply if they are looking for a job in programming field.
- Bring your positive energy, you don’t need to have experience
- We want creative, analytical minds, capable of abstract thinking who also like to solve puzzles. No matter how we find them, from a graduate with Technical background or non-technical background.
- Need excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Quickly evaluate information and make quick decisions based on multiple factors
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced work environment of SaaS
- Willing to learn new tech tools
Optional, but good to have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, and CSS3
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator
