• Minimum 1+ year of content marketing experience, ideally in the software industry. You have experience developing long and short-form content, technical documentation, landing page copy, ads, email, and other digital marketing copy.
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Have past experience working with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills in English.
• Great skills in time management
• Have knowledge about SEO tools and strategies
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field

Skills & Experience That You Must Have:

• Advanced English writing & communication skills
• Minimum 1-year experience in developing content for the web
• Knowledge about SEO and keyword research
• Experience in eCommerce content writing, technical writing, content marketing, etc.
• Familiarity with managing content files, Google Drive, Google Docs, Moz, Keyword planner type tool

Job Responsibilities

• Simply WRITING, WRITING and WRITING. 
• Create, develop, acquire, and maintain quality and consistent content about Shopify, eCommerce business and SaaS product related topics
• Collaborate with teams to plan and develop content together
• Write web copy for landing pages, blogs, promotions, advertising, marketing pieces, product descriptions, naming, email marketing and web elements
• Research and analyze on our audience to develop engaging content in order to ensure we're executing upon a data-driven content marketing strategy
